By combining the construction of low-carbon campuses with the national "dual carbon" goal strategy and fully promoting the construction of campus ecological civilization, Yingya St. Peter's School laid the foundation for low-carbon campuses at the beginning of its overall planning. Through scientific planning and intelligent operation and maintenance, it promotes the use of renewable energy, water resources, carbon-offsetting activities, a low-carbon curriculum system, low-carbon transportation system construction, energy management, and smart campus construction. By exploring seven major construction and implementation paths such as carbon offsetting mechanisms, schools will use digital technology to record the low-carbon behavior trajectory of teachers and students in their daily lives, encourage and guide teachers and students to practice green and low-carbon lifestyles, cultivate a sense of responsibility and accomplishment in the cause of low-carbon, and thereby reduce carbon emissions in daily teaching and learning life, hoping to create a truly green and low-carbon school.
