Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the store manager in providing customer service in the front office;
2. Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the front office environment and facilities, ensuring the provision of an elegant and tidy hygiene environment;
3. Strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, standardized workflow, and quality standards;
4. Prepare for each meal according to work procedures and standards;
5. Provide enthusiastic, courteous, and fast quality service to guests in accordance with service procedures and standards after meals;;
6. Try to assist guests in solving various problems during the dining process and report to the store manager;
7. After the end of the shift, carry out handover and closing work with the next shift;
8. Quickly replenish tableware and tabletop supplies to ensure cleanliness and hygiene after meals;
9. Conduct multiple rounds of private rooms and desks to maintain a clean and hygienic tabletop;
10. Dress clean and tidy to ensure a good mental outlook.
Qualification:
1. Experience in a restaurant, restaurant waiter, or five-star hotel is a plus;
2. English communication is a priority;
3. Familiar with food safety;
4. Good image, good temperament, regardless of gender;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure;
6. Having good physical health, no history of infectious diseases or infectious diseases, and possessing good professional ethics and literacy.
