Job responsibilities
1. Based on the company's development strategy and annual business plan, formulate medium and long-term plans for the group's financial work, be responsible for the company's financial management work, participate in the formulation of annual business objectives, financial budgets, final accounting plans, expense plans, tax planning, profit distribution plans, etc. for the business sector of the company;
2. Utilize the principles of financial accounting, budgeting, and accounting management to provide a basis for the company's business decisions, assist the chairman and general manager in formulating the company's strategy, and lead the formulation of the company's financial strategic planning;
3. Establish and improve the organizational structure and division of responsibilities of the financial center, and evaluate the personnel of the financial management center; Establish a scientific and systematic financial accounting system and financial monitoring system that is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and carry out effective internal control;
4. According to the company's financial requirements, organize regular sorting, evaluation, and analysis of various risks in financial internal control management, continuously improve the financial management and risk control system, and achieve financial legality and compliance;
5. Responsible for the company's fundraising work, ensuring the funding needs of the company's strategic development, and approving major fund flows of the company;
6. Lead the team to conduct financial due diligence for the company's investment and merger projects, output investigation reports for the general manager to evaluate the project, and disclose the financial risks of project investment;
7. Responsible for completing the preparation of the company's annual and semi-annual reports, and timely and accurately summarizing and submitting relevant indicator data in accordance with the requirements of relevant institutions and departments;
8. Responsible for the establishment and management of the finance team, guiding subordinates' work, and coordinating and arranging various affairs between teams;
9. Timely complete all temporary tasks assigned by the General Manager;
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in financial management, with more than 15 years of work experience, aged 38 to 45 years old. Excellent candidates can be relaxed to 50 years old
2. Possess intermediate/senior professional title/certified public accountant certificate
3. Have basic financial knowledge, accounting, budgeting, tax planning, financing experience, etc
4. Have rich experience in financial management, fund planning, tax planning, financing, and capital operation, and have certain financing channels
5. Honesty and trustworthiness, rigor, and strong sense of confidentiality
