(1) Job responsibilities
1. Complete the daily financial management work of the company headquarters and stores, establish financial systems based on the guidance of the headquarters, and improve the financial management work of the office;
2. Responsible for managing accounts payable, completing daily application and verification of accounts payable, timely and effective communication with relevant management departments of the headquarters, following up on accounts payable, and carrying out various work related to accounts payable;
3. According to the tax management system and the requirements of the headquarters finance department, guide and cooperate with relevant business departments to collect invoices from cooperating units in a timely manner, complete cooperation agreements, and complete value-added tax prepayment work on a monthly basis;
4. According to the company's policy requirements, timely count and clean up the daily expenses and various cost related expenses of the office;
5. Responsible for interface with the headquarters management department, completing and submitting various financial related statistical data and reports, consolidated reports, etc. of the office as required;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
(2) Qualification
1. At least 5 years of financial work experience, preferably in real estate finance, bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, and intermediate accounting title;
2. Able to endure hardships and work hard, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
3. Proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
4. Strong analytical and data processing skills, adept at identifying and solving problems;
5. Familiar with office and financial software;
