Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project execution and coordination, completing project progress, and controlling project completion progress, service, and product quality;
2. Participate in on-site negotiations, be familiar with the plans and workflow involved in the activity project; Establish good collaborative relationships with relevant departments and coordinate daily work;
3. Independently carry out customer maintenance and supplier coordination work, provide timely feedback on customer opinions, and handle customer requirements correctly and quickly; Write activity plans and quotations, complete customer follow-up, coordination and other process work;
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, with good professional ethics and comprehensive qualities, and strong communication and expression skills;
2. Familiarity with cultural activities, sports activities (golf events), and government activities is a priority;
3. Priority given to those with team experience and resources;
4. Familiar with operating various office software, among which those skilled in designing software such as Photoshop are preferred;
