Job responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's development strategic goals, formulate activity plans for exhibitions, sports events, street culture, etc., and be responsible for planning and tracking all activity plans;
2. Participate in the pre event planning, plan formulation, and preparation work, organize and coordinate all parties related to the event theme to participate in the event, strictly control the project schedule, including but not limited to cost budgeting, personnel division, task details, time nodes, etc., and promote the smooth progress of related activities;
3. Effectively manage the execution of on-site activities, handle unexpected situations, and ensure that the activities achieve the expected results;
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the activity, complete the activity analysis report, and propose improvement suggestions or suggestions for future activities;
5. Establish an activity database to retain information such as activity text, images, and videos;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience in event positions, with work experience in the exhibition industry, sports events, and other fields, and rich event resources are preferred;
2. Familiar with content integration marketing, with the ability to independently operate project control, strong execution and adaptability, and rich experience in organizing and scheduling;
3. Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication skills, strong data analysis ability, excellent PPT production ability, and proficient in using various office software;
4. Familiar with common public relations execution knowledge such as AV equipment (lighting, sound, video), stage effects, etc;
5. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong social activity skills;
