The Haikou Tieluxi project is located in Sanmenpo Town, Qiongshan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province. It is a large-scale island cultural and tourism town with international education as the theme IP. The project covers a total area of 2453-mu and is divided into three phases of development and construction. The first phase covers an area of approximately 210-mu. Currently, the construction has been approved by the government and is proceeding in an orderly manner according to the plan. The second phase of the project covers an area of 896-mu, while the third phase covers an area of 1349-mu.

　　The project entrusts Green City Management Group to carry out the entire process of construction and development, occupying a free trade port and radiating throughout China. In the future, it plans to plan multiple K12 international famous schools to be located in small towns, which will be built into Haikou International Education Demonstration Zone.

　　It is understood that the natural ecological environment of the project site is superior, adjacent to the Tielu Reservoir and Tielu Creek Provincial Wetland Park (with a planned area of 474.56 hectares, a wetland area of 346.30 hectares, and a wetland rate of 72.97%), and the lake is equivalent to 308 standard football fields.

This is the intention rendering of the 210-mu conceptual plan for Phase I, which is subject to government approval.
