On January 19th, the "Huasheng Changjiang Cement Plant Greenhouse Gas Emission Report" was completed, which used six accounting methods to statistically calculate the emission factors of Huasheng Changjiang Cement Plant from ore mining, clinker calcination, transportation, and other aspects.

　　In November 2021, Hainan Shengfeng High tech Development Co., Ltd. and researchers from Hainan Low Carbon Economic Policy and Industrial Technology Research Institute collaborated with Huasheng Changjiang Cement Plant to scientifically predict the greenhouse gas emissions that Huasheng Changjiang Cement Plant will produce while conducting on-site inspections and preparing reports.

　　In late September 2021, the government began requiring all provinces and regions to improve their standard measurement systems and establish a sound carbon peak and carbon neutrality standard measurement system; Improve supporting standards for energy accounting, testing and certification, evaluation, and auditing; Accelerate the improvement of carbon emission verification and accounting standards for regions, industries, and enterprises, and establish a unified and standardized carbon accounting system. Develop greenhouse gas emission standards for key industries and products.

　　It is understood that for a long time, our province has only relied on national standards for carbon emission accounting, without fully considering the special economic and social development of tropical marine island regions and the construction of national ecological civilization pilot zones and other factors. Hainan Shengfeng High tech Co., Ltd. and Hainan Low Carbon Economic Policy and Industrial Technology Research Institute, as third-party verification agencies designated by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, have conducted investigations and prepared relevant reports, providing important basis for understanding the carbon emissions of enterprises in the province and energy-saving, emission reduction, and green production throughout the island.
