Job responsibilities:
1. When assets/items are put into storage, the material acceptance and signature system must be strictly implemented to ensure that the accounts and items are consistent, the procedures are complete, and the unit price, quantity, amount, and source are clear before issuing a warehouse receipt.
2. According to the requirements, classify and register the material ledger in a timely, clear, detailed, and complete manner, with good records and no omissions.
3. Only after passing the acceptance or testing of the item can the outbound procedures be processed. The delivery note must record the recipient and location of use.
4. Responsible for recycling recyclable materials and adhering to the principle of exchanging old for new.
5. Responsible for item identification, ensuring correct and clear identification, and complete project filling.
6. The storage of materials inside and outside the warehouse should meet the requirements, and measures should be taken to prevent moisture, theft, and fire. Various items should be arranged and stacked neatly.
7. Carry out warehouse clearance and inventory work, achieve daily and monthly settlement, and provide a basis for the project manager to grasp the actual use of materials.
8. Organize relevant personnel to count and label non-conforming materials to prevent their unintended use.
9. For flammable and explosive chemical hazardous materials, separate management shall be carried out, and complete receiving and sending procedures and accounts shall be established.
10. Regularly cooperate with relevant personnel to clean and record the remaining materials.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. Have at least 2 years of experience in warehousing, or have experience in warehouse management in the education industry, or have received training in material management.
3. Proficient in computer office software to improve material management efficiency.
4. Seriously implement company rules and regulations, work meticulously, handle affairs steadily, and have a strong work plan.
