Job responsibilities
1. Based on the annual/monthly business plans of the school and each company, and based on the procurement needs of relevant departments, prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly procurement plans and fund utilization plans;
2. Responsible for writing and implementing bidding and procurement system documents;
3. Organize the collection of school/property/supermarket supplier information, establish a school/property/supermarket information database and supplier database;
4. Responsible for implementing procurement tasks and tracking progress, controlling delivery time;
5. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above;
2. At least five years of experience in bidding and procurement in the school/property/commercial supermarket industry, proficient in the school/property/commercial supermarket bidding and procurement process, familiar with relevant national bidding policies, laws and regulations, and possessing supplier management experience in relevant industries;
3. Possess strong work organization and coordination abilities, analytical and judgment abilities, coordination and communication abilities, meticulous and rigorous work, agile thinking, and the ability to analyze costs and negotiate prices;
4. Experience in school material procurement is preferred;
5. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred;
6. Familiar with office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
